Directions for Use: Mix 1 scoop with 200 ml cold water or milk in a glass or shaker cup 30 minutes before workout and immediately after workout. Use in between major meals on non-workout days.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE Take 1 scoop (-32g) in a shaker/blender and add 200 ml water (approx.) to reconstitute. Stir well and enjoy the drink.
